Notes on use
- By participating in this campaign, respondents automatically agree with the terms and conditions of the application.
- The content of this campaign and prizes are subject to change without notice.
- The right to receive a prize is only valid for winners and cannot be transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash.
- The information entered during the application process will be encrypted and transmitted using SSL.
- If there are errors in the e-mail address entered during application or if we are unable to contact you because you changed your e-mail address, the prize may be canceled. Any other fraudulent activities related to the application may result in the cancelation of the prize.
- The right to receive a prize is limited to one per person during the period. However, if multiple wins by the same person come to light after the acquisition of the winner’s personal information, only one prize registered with personal information will be valid and the other prizes will be considered invalid.
- This campaign is limited to applications from computers, smartphones, and tablets. Please note that you cannot apply via standard cellphones or postcards.
- The organizer (Hokuriku Tourism DX Consortium) is not liable for any damage to the equipment used or communication problems that may occur during the registration and application process.
- We are not able to accept any inquiries regarding receipt of applications or confirmation of winners.
Handling of personal information
Customer information entered into the campaign website will be used for the following purposes and will not be used for any other purpose (except as has been permitted under law). Such information shall not be provided to any third party, except when clear and explicit consent has been separately obtained from the respondent.
- Implementation and operation of this campaign, notification of winners in connection therewith, and sending of Amazon gift codes
- Information about products and services provided by the Hokuriku Tourism DX Consortium (hereinafter referred to as “the Consortium”) and related products and services, advertising, notification of information deemed beneficial by the Consortium, various surveys, and campaign-related information
- Information on products and services offered by our affiliates, companies, and business partners to distribute advertisements; notify customers of information deemed beneficial by our affiliates, companies, and business partners; and provide information on various surveys and campaigns
- Analysis for the development of new services and products related to affiliated organizations, companies, and partners
- Market research as well as other research and surveys related to the business of affiliated organizations, companies, and partners
- Provision of information to our affiliated organizations, companies, and business partners for the purpose of using such information for the development of new products, functions, and services; market research; and marketing activities of affiliated organizations, companies, and business partners (however, such information will be processed in a way that individuals cannot be identified)
- Creation of statistical data for management analysis as well as use of the results of such analysis by affiliated organizations, companies, and business partners
Survey information obtained from the surveys will be provided as open data that can be accessed by an unspecified number of people after pseudonymization (removal of personal identifiers) is performed on the acquired personal information.
